The Management Board of POLFER Podzespoły Indukcyjne S.A, in relation to Article 16 of the Act of 30 August 2019 amending the Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts _Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798, as amended by Journal of Laws of 2020, item 875 - calls on all shareholders holding the Company's share documents in tangible form to deposit them in the Company's share depository, no later than by 1 March 2021, in order to convert them into electronic form.

Documents should be submitted to the Company's office on working days between 9:00 and 15:00.

The deposit of the Company's share documents will be against a written receipt issued to the Company's shareholder.

This Call is the third of five required by law.
